-right before the movie begins this typical image is shown to the audience and also the age rating appropriate for the film.
- The title sequence will also be at the beginning of a the film and the opening credits are shown at the very beginning and list the most important members of the production e.g. Actors, directors etc. They are now usually shown as text superimposed on a blank screen or static pictures, or sometimes on top of action in the show.
- Then the movie begins, the first frame/picture of the film will usually allow us to establish the location/setting, showing where the story is taking place, sometimes the film shows the date and location specifically written for the audience to understand where it is exactly set.
- Usually from the first scene the genre of the film is established through M.E.S, camera etc.
-Lastly the plot/story line begins.
